Welcome to Airy, the virtual space dedicated to well-being at Torrens University.
Airy is designed to enhance the well-being of both students and staff by offering practical resources and support.
Our initiative aims to promote positive outcomes for the entire Torrens University community, fostering a healthier and more balanced environment.

Feel relaxed and Airy

We provide virtual well-being from “Airy”

From our virtual well-being platform service, we aim to provide relaxation to Torrens University students and staff.

Many university students are experiencing stress and anxiety due to academic pressure and personal challenges.
This can lead to a range of negative consequences, including poor academic performance,
mental health issues, and physical health problems.
It can also reduce motivation and hinder academic achievement.

Therefore, our primary focus is you and your friends, and our mission is to help reduce stress.

Let’s do it together

We have three different relaxation breathing practices that you can easily incorporate into your daily routine.
These exercises can be done anytime and anywhere, making it simple to find a moment for relaxation.

“Let’s do it together and enjoy the calming benefits of these techniques!”

Headspace is a great option for folks who are just starting to dabble in mindfulness.
It offers a variety of features, such as: daily meditations, sleep meditations, stress relief and coping, focus and productivity, and tension release.

Insight Timer has a few unique features that separate it from other mindfulness apps.
It contains the usual guided meditations, and then some.
This app focuses on community by showing a world map on the home screen, which lets users (nearly 20 million) know exactly how many others were meditating with them.

With Moodfit, users can customise daily goals, keep a mood journal, and even take standardised mental health assessments. The goal of this app is to help people understand what they’re feeling and why they’re feeling it.
Users have access to weekly and monthly reports that summarise activities and help to identify patterns of behaviour and mood change.

It is okay,

you can take a rest sometimes
